Can you act as my primary care physician?

NO.  Delivering high quality, personalized holistic health & nutritional care requires longer appointments and undivided attention.  We at the Center
for Wholistic Health & Healing strive to give you the best service possible when it comes to holistic health & nutrition. 
Center for Wholistic Health & Healing is NOT a medical practice and the guidance is
offered for such things as holistic health and nutrition, high quality, potency, professional
brand, grade nutritional & dietary supplementation, homeopathy, herbal remedies and
Ayurveda, provided  by a holistic health and nutrition practitioner. The traditional
doctor's office is better equipped to handle these types of issues.

Do you make house calls?

If a client is not able to come to our office We at the Center for Wholistic Health &
Healing will make a house call for an additional fee.  Arrangements must be made prior
to the visit, same is true for telephone consults.

What is the fee for an office visit?

We at the Center for Wholistic Health & Healing are required to bill consistently for all
visits. There is no single set fee for visits.  However our fees are extremely reasonable
(especially compared to other Holistic Health & Nutrition Centers).  Please inquire
regarding our fees at the time you schedule your appointment with the Center for Wholistic
Health & Healing.  We accept cash, check, VISA, and Master card.  There is a $25
charge for all returned checks.

How long is an initial evaluation?

Initial evaluations for holistic health & nutrition are 60-90 minutes.  Follow up visits are
usually about 30 minutes long. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the large block of time that we at the Center for Wholistic Health & Healing 
dedicate to each client, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice if you cannot make
your appointment.  Without a 24 hour cancellation call, no shows will be billed at the same
rate as your office visit.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the high quality, potency, professional brand, grade nutritional &
dietary supplements, homeopathic and herbal remedies, used nutritional & dietary 
supplements, vitamins, minerals, homeopathic and herbal remedies are not returnable,
same is true for any broken seal. 
We at the Center for Wholistic Health and Healing are working hard to assure your

If for any reason you are not satisfied Center for Wholistic Health & Healing will accept
pre authorized returns with a return authorization number within seven days of purchase. 
Per return policy for unopened bottles, you must call us for a return authorization code
prior to returning the product, and the return authorization code must accompany the product upon arrival to our office.  We do charge a 30% restocking fee.
