Does Holistic Healing Health accept insurance, Medicare or Medicaid?
Holistic Healing Health does NOT participate with insurance companies due to the fact that insurance companies generally do not cover holistic health and wellness as well as nutritional and natural remedies; however, this may change in the future. Please inquire about our policy on insurance when you make your consultation appointment with Dr. Moshrefi. Holistic Healing Health does NOT participate with Medicare or Medicaid; although, we can still see those clients on a private-pay basis.
Can you act as my primary care physician?
No, we at Holistic Healing Health strive to provide you with the highest quality services possible when it comes to your holistic health & nutritional care. Holistic Healing Health is NOT a medical practice. The recommendations and services offered are for holistic health and nutritional proposes. We highly encourage all our clients to have a primary care physician. If you do not have a primary care doctor, we will be happy to refer you to one.
Do you make house calls?
If a client is not able to come to our office, Dr. Moshrefi will make house calls for an additional fee. Arrangements must be made prior to the visit and the same policy applies for telephone appointments.
What is the fee for a consultation?
Currently the fee for consultation is $175.00 and we schedule approximately an hour for this appointments (fees subject to change without notification).
We keep our fees very reasonable while delivering the highest quality service. For most current fees please inquire at the time you schedule your consultation. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, as well as MasterCard. ($35.00 charge for all returned checks)
How long is a consultation?
We schedule consultations for an hour; We strive to take the necessary time with our clients to make sure that all of there concerns are addressed by performing a through evaluation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the large block of time that we dedicate to each client's appointment, we require a minimum of 24 HOURS notice if you are not able make your appointment, or need to reschedule. Without a minimum 24 hour cancellation notice, you will be charged the rate of your scheduled appointment.
